Artificial intelligence is no longer a distant concept—it is actively shaping how students learn, build, and innovate. Qatar University Artificial Intelligence (QUAI) Week, hosted by Qatar University’s Artificial Intelligence Association, created a space where students, educators, and innovators could come together to explore how AI is transforming industries and redefining the future.
QUAI Week serves as a hub for exploring how artificial intelligence is being applied across different fields and industries. Designed to engage a diverse academic audience—from high school students to university faculty—the event brings together participants from both local and international institutions to deepen understanding of AI’s potential and its increasing influence on the world around us.
Across the week, attendees took part in an engaging mix of hands-on workshops, expert-led seminars, and interactive panel discussions, gaining exposure to both practical applications and future-facing ideas. The event also featured an exhibition space where startups, companies, sponsors, and AI-driven initiatives presented their technologies and solutions.
PitchPro was proud to participate as part of the startup exhibition, engaging directly with attendees throughout the event. At our booth, we showcased how PitchPro leverages technology to support idea development and pitching, introducing students and visitors to tools designed to help transform ideas into clear, compelling narratives.
Beyond showcasing our solution, QUAI Week provided an opportunity to connect with a diverse academic population to exchange insights, and spread awareness of PitchPro’s mission and product. These conversations reinforced the importance of accessible tools and platforms that support early-stage innovators as they explore entrepreneurship and technology-driven solutions.
QUAI Week represents the growing momentum of AI education and innovation within Qatar’s academic ecosystem. By bringing together students, faculty, startups, and industry players, the event helps bridge the gap between learning and real-world application.
For PitchPro, QUAI Week was a chance to step directly into the student innovation space we’re building for. Conversations at our booth—from first-time idea explorers to students already experimenting with AI—reinforced the need for tools that help people move from scattered thoughts to structured pitches. Being part of the event allowed us to connect our product to real student challenges and reaffirm why accessible, practical support matters at the earliest stages of building.
